Digital gift cards can be redeemed through our website. When you progress to the payment page when placing your order, there is a field available to enter your digital gift card number.
Please note unfortunately digital gift cards cannot be utilised at brick and mortar stores carrying Highlander Minerals products.
You have 14 days to make a return for an exchange for un-opened products. If your product was damaged, we will exchange the item for a non-damaged unit. If we are unable to offer a replacement, we will issue a refund. In the unlikely event an item needs to be returned shipping is at the customers expense.
Eligible items include those purchased through highlanderminerals.com.au only. For products purchased through an authorised stockist, please consult the stockist’s returns policy for guidance on how to request a refund and/or exchange.
We will endeavour to send out your order as soon as possible. Orders generally take 3 – 5 Business Days to arrive at your address depending on the location. As we work with external delivery partners, please note timelines will apply.
We will send you a tracking number once the order has been dispatched. If it has been over 6 business days and you still have not received your product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our customer service team members will be in touch with you. If you have not provided a phone number we will contact you directly through your email address.
