Highlander Minerals is committed to complete customer satisfaction in regard to any of the products we sell. Have a read through our Returns and Exchanges policies below. We always have and will continue to endeavour to provide the best customer service experience possible so please don’t hesitate to contact us.
1.Change of Mind
If you change your mind on a purchase as the goods you have purchased are not fit for purpose, please contact us within 14 days of you purchasing the goods. If you contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the goods are unopened in their original packaging and you return the goods with your receipt a refund will be issued. You will need to arrange your own freight of the item back to our store for any change of mind returns. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges for unopened products where there is a change of mind.
2.Goods Damaged in Transit
If goods arrive to you are damaged through no fault of your own we will replace the item with an identical item as quick as we can. Please contact upon delivery of the damaged item and we will arrange for the damaged item to be returned to us and an identical item sent to you.
If goods you purchase from us arrive faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised you are entitled to an exchange or refund.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please contact us in the instance that a product arrives faulty, has been wrongly described, is different to the product purchased or doesn’t perform as advertised. Where we consider the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee the cost to return the goods will be covered by us.
If you are unable to find your receipt, please contact us and we will try and locate a copy on our system for you.
If a refund is approved it will be processed within 3 business day from approval. Depending on your payment method, the refund may take up to 72 hours to take effect.
Highlander Minerals will refund/return products that are deemed to be faulty by our trained product staff in accordance with the Rights of a consumer as listed by the Consumer Affair’s Commission Victoria.
Highlander Minerals will exchange brand new products providing they are returned in the exact packaging as purchased, proof of purchase provided and within 14 days of the date originally purchased.
If the product is not in stock, the customer can choose to hold the exchange until such time that the product returns into stock.
All major faults deemed by our product staff are replaceable in event that the product fails to be fit for use within a reasonable time frame of purchase of the product.
